Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Benefits Consultant. As a Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee benefits to businesses. You will consult with employers to assess their needs, analyze existing benefit programs, and recommend solutions to enhance employee benefits packages. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Consulting
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in computer applications and software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Must have or be capable of obtaining a health and life insurance license
